While it is a popular choice, it is also a challenging subject that will require a lot of work to get top marks.

We can provide Maths tuition tailored to specific exams, for school entrance, GCSE Maths, IGCSE Maths, IB Maths, A Level Maths, Oxford MAT Tests and STEP preparation for Cambridge and Imperial. We help to improve exam performance by making use of past Maths papers, reinforcing core learning, developing revision techniques, and helping students to push the boundaries of their knowledge of Maths to differentiate themselves from fellow students.
Getting your child into the right school for their particular needs is dependent on their performance in entrance exams, including the 7+, 8+, 11+, 13+ common entrance and 16+ exams. Our Maths tutors can help your child deal with the complexity and challenge of these exams, giving them the confidence to demonstrate their knowledge on their path to attaining a place at your chosen school.
GCSE Maths students will need a solid grounding in Number, Algebra, Ratio, Geometry, Probability, and Statistics. Our Maths tutors will help your child develop a fluent knowledge of the appropriate methods and concepts, and maximise their ability to pick and use the correct tools and techniques to solve Maths problems across a range of different contexts. We aim to build up your child's confidence, speed, and accuracy under pressure in Maths, equipping them to excel at GCSE level.
Our Maths tutors can help your child across all areas of the IGCSE Maths curriculum, including Number, Algebra & Graphs, Coordinate Geometry, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Vectors and Transformations, Probability, and Statistics. The IGCSE provides an excellent foundation for further study in Maths, and the tutors we represent will help your child take full advantage of this, reinforcing the key concepts and preparing them to perform well under examination conditions.
IB Maths is a challenging qualification, covering a range of compulsory and optional components from Algebra to Calculus to Geometry. Our Maths tutors will help your child to gain a deeper understanding of mathematical principles and the nature of mathematics, develop their logical and critical thinking skills, solve problems, and communicate their knowledge successfully in an exam context.
A Level Maths and Further Maths are key subjects for many future career paths and degree choices, and students have to master a wide range of complex topics to succeed. Our Maths tutors are able to focus in on those areas where your child needs additional support, help them demonstrate their knowledge effectively under time pressure, and ultimately prepare them to perform strongly in these key exams.
The Maths Admissions Tests (MAT Tests) are designed to help whittle down the number of students moving on to interview stage when applying to Oxford University, and as such is a rigorous and competitive examination. Our Maths tutors can help your child maximise their performance in these Tests, building on their knowledge and helping them to demonstrate the depth of their understanding successfully, as they compete for places to read Maths at Oxford University.
