While first completing a DPhil and then working as a research fellow at Oxford, Florence held several teaching and lecturing roles. Lottie has a stellar academic background which culminates in a PhD from Oxford University. She is an excellent communicator and aims to instil a love of learning in all of her students - across subjects and levels.
