Before joining Keystone in 2019 Claudia taught Science at Westminster Cathedral Choir School for four years. She has tutored over 1,000 hours and assisted 60 Keystone clients. She urges her students to look at Science beyond the syllabus as it makes it easier for students to understand concepts and improve their skills.
Anthony graduated with a Physics degree from Imperial College, London. He tutors across the board from 11+ through to A Level and has taught over 4,800 hours with Keystone as well as having considerable tutoring experience prior to joining our team of full-time tutors in 2017.
Greg is a professional tutor with a stellar academic record - he achieved a first class Masters degree at Imperial College London. He has tutored with us full-time since leaving University, amassing over 7,700 hours of lessons and helping over 160 families.
Jon is a former Head of Science with over 10 years' experience in teaching GCSE Science and A-level Physics. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 240 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 9,500 hours.
Cat is a qualified Teacher who studied Physics and Philosophy at Durham University. She is currently working towards a PhD in the Philosophy of Astrobiology alongside her tutoring. Cat is very encouraging and supportive and recognises the importance of moving at the right pace for each individual and has worked with 30 Keystone clients.
Shirin is an experienced tutor with a PhD in Nanotechnology (Physics/Chemistry). She is patient and calm and loves to see her students improve and grow in understanding and passion for their subjects. Shirin has taught over 3,200 hours through Keystone.
Dominic is an experienced Science tutor with a PhD in Chemistry. He has tutored for many years, teaching over 3,400 hours through Keystone. He aims to make his lessons interesting and fun and he also recognises the importance of exam technique.
Grace studied Natural Sciences at Durham before embarking upon a MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London. Grace has taught over 1,100 hours and helped 50 Keystone families. She has a passion for Maths and Science and strives to create a teaching environment where pupils feel able to ask questions and be themselves.
Jonathan is an experienced Biologist. He has a wealth of experience of teaching at top London schools including Godolphin and Latymer and St Pauls. He impressed us at interview with his ability to support and extend the learning of each of his students.
Declan is a first-class Physics graduate. He has now embarked upon a PhD in experimental solid-state Physics at Imperial College London and tutors alongside his studies.
Paul in an experienced tutor with an absolute passion for Physics and Maths. He enjoys nothing more than imparting his joy and knowledge of these subjects to his tutees.

Tariq is a dedicated and personable tutor with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified teacher and has been tutoring alongside his studies since 2017.

How to Get a 9 in GCSE Physics
How hard is it to get a 9 in GCSE Physics? Physics is quite often considered the most daunting Science for GCSE pupils, since concepts are challenging and there is a high mathematical element. But do not be perturbed! We will look closely at what is required to get top grades below, and hopefully shed some light on any concerns. On average, AQA award grade 9 to candidates scoring 70% and Edexcel to those achieving 75%. These grade boundaries vary annually.

Tips for Dealing with Exam Season Anxiety
Keystone's Head of Elective and Homeschooling, Poppy Dundas, was joined by our guest expert Clare de Lotbiniere, a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Professional Tutors Jon Gale and Lara Isaac. Lara is also a trained nutritionist and together they discuss how best to get your child prepared for the upcoming exams, including dealing with exam anxiety and calming nerves, keeping motivation strong, the best foods to eat and general revision tips and tricks.
