Cat is a qualified Teacher who studied Physics and Philosophy at Durham University. She is currently working towards a PhD in the Philosophy of Astrobiology alongside her tutoring. Cat is very encouraging and supportive and recognises the importance of moving at the right pace for each individual and has worked with 30 Keystone clients.
Anthony graduated with a Physics degree from Imperial College, London. He tutors across the board from 11+ through to A Level and has taught over 5,000 hours with Keystone as well as having considerable tutoring experience prior to joining our team of full-time tutors in 2017.
Shirin is an experienced tutor with a PhD in Nanotechnology (Physics/Chemistry). She is patient and calm and loves to see her students improve and grow in understanding and passion for their subjects. Shirin has taught over 3,400 hours through Keystone.
Dominic is an experienced Science tutor with a PhD in Chemistry. He has tutored for many years, teaching over 3,500 hours through Keystone. He aims to make his lessons interesting and fun and he also recognises the importance of exam technique.
Grace studied Natural Sciences at Durham before embarking upon a MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London. Grace has taught over 1,300 hours and helped 60 Keystone families. She has a passion for Maths and Science and strives to create a teaching environment where pupils feel able to ask questions and be themselves.
Ben is a first class Zoology graduate who teaches a variety of subjects across a range of year groups. During his time at Keystone, he has worked with 60 families and delivered over 2,100 hours of lessons. He is passionate and caring and aims to make his lessons engaging and interactive.
Before joining Keystone in 2019 Claudia taught Science at Westminster Cathedral Choir School for four years. She has tutored over 1,100 hours and assisted 70 Keystone clients. She urges her students to look at Science beyond the syllabus as it makes it easier for students to understand concepts and improve their skills.
Rory started tutoring whilst at Oxford and has worked with students of all ages. He teaches Maths, Science and English across the board. He is enthusiastic and encouraging and gets great feedback from his students. He has worked over 5,300 hours with Keystone.
Joseph is a Durham graduate and a highly personable tutor who has taught 1,200 hours through Keystone. He helps with a wide range of subjects from English to Science. Joseph has a structured but adaptive approach to lessons, which aims to build up students’ confidence in their subject area and develop their independent learning skills.
Jon is a former Head of Science with over 10 years' experience in teaching GCSE Science and A-level Physics. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 250 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 9,900 hours.
Ewan is a qualified Science and Maths Teacher with a fantastic academic record. He achieved a First in an integrated masters degree (MPhys) in Experimental Physics. He has a passion for his subjects that he loves sharing with his students.
Shahid is an experienced tutor with a BSc in Cardiovascular Science from Imperial College. He teaches Biology, Chemistry and Physics at both GCSE and A Level, as well as supporting students with their university applications in these subjects.
Sophie is a positive and encouraging Maths and Physics tutor. She has a degree in Experimental Physics from the University of York and has now made tutoring her main focus.

Cheryl is a qualified Science teacher who has experience in both the classroom and a 1:1 setting. Cheryl teaches Physics up to GCSE and Chemistry all the way up to A Level. She enjoys helping students breakdown difficult concepts by using real life examples in her lessons.
Sean is a Science and Maths tutor with years of experience. When he isn't tutoring he works for his own film company and produces dramatic British film and Science for television.
