Established in 2007, Keystone Tutors is one of the UK’s leading private tutoring organisations. Here is a sample of the university undergraduate and graduate English tutors that we represent. They are predominantly based in London and work online with families based outside of London or overseas.

Jessica is a published, professional historian and an engaging and dedicated tutor. She is patient and encouraging and equips her students with the confidence and skills to tackle their academic obstacles. She has taught over 2,800 hours with Keystone.
Andy holds a BA (double first) and a PhD, both from the University of Cambridge, and an MA from King’s College London. He is an experienced tutor in English, Philosophy, Religious Studies and academic writing skills. Since joining Keystone in 2015, he has taught over 6,100 hours with Keystone and helped over 240 families.
Michael is a graduate of King's College, London and also has a PhD in English. He joined Keystone in 2017 as a full-time tutor and he has helped over 120 families since then and taught over 3,700 hours of lessons.

"We are coming to the end of the school year and I just wanted to say a big thank you for teaching and supporting my daughter who cannot praise you enough. Most amazingly, she has discovered her joy for creative writing and reading. As a direct result of all your work with my daughter her grades and her confidence have shot up and I can see that you are motivating her to go way beyond her school work. Her new school has noticed the change in her as well. She has received excellent and very encouraging feedback from both her English teachers and her writing is often used as examples during class."
Parent of a Y12 English Language and Literature student"Kate was brilliant and just what we were after – someone to nurture a love of English rather than purely focusing on entrance exams. As a tutor, Kate has a wonderful warm manner and is engaging, fun and inspiring; my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her lessons. She was offered places at all the schools she applied to as well as an academic scholarship to one. So thank you for helping us with our tutor search – it’s tricky finding the right one but Kate was perfect."

Keystone Tutors has over a decade of experience providing personally tailored tuition to help students fulfil their academic potential.
We represent a team of university English tutors who are graduates from leading UK universities and many are university academics. They possess detailed knowledge of the academic requirements of English and have an outstanding ability to connect with their students, impart their subject knowledge and explain concepts.
The English tutors we work with are dedicated professionals, who commit to tutoring because of their passion and skill for the job.
We go the extra mile to match you with a great tutor and ensure a perfect fit.
When you request a tutor through Keystone we spend a significant amount of time learning about your circumstances. Priding ourselves on how well we know our tutors’ specialist strengths, we ensure that we put forward the very best tutor for your requirements.
During the first session the tutor starts by assessing where you are at, your academic ability, and your strengths and perceived weaknesses. Tutors will then devise a programme tailored to your specific circumstances.
After the first lesson, one of our dedicated client managers will contact you to find out how the lesson went. Our client managers are always available at the end of the phone and they are frequently praised for their efficiency, dedication and responsiveness.
We have a monthly reporting system which is used to update parents on an ongoing basis. The monthly report details:
