We use a variety of sources to guarantee the quality and reliability of our advice: objective published information that we have organised in our own database, as well as more subjective, anecdotal information based on our many years in the sector. We have built up relationships with the most informed and respected members of the educational community, and a number of our consultants have been advising families for many decades.
Who do we help? Many of our clients have been through top UK schools themselves and just want an update on whether reputations or processes have changed. We also help many families who are less familiar with the UK education system. We set up the first overseas office in 2012. We now have offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore and work with families from many other parts of the world. We like meeting clients face-to-face, and often do so at our offices – where possible we may be able to come to you. In instances when families are unable to meet, we set up video conferences using either Skype or Zoom.
