Shirin Rose
Shirin is an experienced tutor with a PhD in Nanotechnology (Physics/Chemistry). She is patient and calm and loves to see her students improve and grow in understanding and passion for their subjects. Shirin has taught over 3,800 hours through Keystone.
Ben
Ben is a first class Zoology graduate who teaches a variety of subjects across a range of year groups. During his time at Keystone, he has worked with 80 families and delivered over 2,500 hours of lessons. He is passionate and caring and aims to make his lessons engaging and interactive.
Cat
Cat is a qualified Teacher who studied Physics and Philosophy at Durham University. She is currently working towards a PhD in the Philosophy of Astrobiology alongside her tutoring. Cat is very encouraging and supportive and recognises the importance of moving at the right pace for each individual and has worked with 40 Keystone clients.
Claudia
Before joining Keystone in 2019 Claudia taught Science at Westminster Cathedral Choir School for four years. She has tutored over 1,400 hours and assisted 80 Keystone clients. She urges her students to look at Science beyond the syllabus as it makes it easier for students to understand concepts and improve their skills.
Jon
Jon is a former Head of Science with over 10 years' experience in teaching GCSE Science and A-level Physics. He joined Keystone in 2012 and has helped 270 Keystone families over this period, teaching more than 10,400 hours.
Grace
Grace studied Natural Sciences at Durham before embarking upon a MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London. Grace has taught over 1,800 hours and helped 70 Keystone families. She has a passion for Maths and Science and strives to create a teaching environment where pupils feel able to ask questions and be themselves.
Greg
Greg is a professional tutor with a stellar academic record - he achieved a first class Masters degree at Imperial College London. He has tutored with us full-time since leaving University, amassing over 8,500 hours of lessons and helping over 180 families.
Dominic
Dominic is an experienced Science tutor with a PhD in Chemistry. He has tutored for many years, teaching over 4,000 hours through Keystone. He aims to make his lessons interesting and fun and he also recognises the importance of exam technique.
Anthony
Anthony graduated with a Physics degree from Imperial College, London. He tutors across the board from 11+ through to A Level and has taught over 5,400 hours with Keystone as well as having considerable tutoring experience prior to joining our team of full-time tutors in 2017.
Rory
Rory started tutoring whilst at Oxford and has worked with students of all ages. He teaches Maths, Science and English across the board. He is enthusiastic and encouraging and gets great feedback from his students. He has worked over 5,800 hours with Keystone.
Oliver
Oliver has over 5 years tutoring experience and believes in developing a student's passion for the subject in order to help them learn. Oliver has recently completed a PhD in the History of Religious Studies and Psychology at UCL. He is currently training as a Psychotherapist alongside his teaching. He has supported 100 Keystone families teaching over 1,800 hours to date.

Stefan is a personable Biology and Chemistry tutor who taught throughout university. He has subsequently assisted students alongside his scientific research. His efficient teaching style helps students progress, at all levels.

Shahid is an experienced tutor with a BSc in Cardiovascular Science from Imperial College. He teaches Biology, Chemistry and Physics at both GCSE and A Level, as well as supporting students with their university applications in these subjects.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, Keerti went on to qualify as a teacher through the Teach First Programme. She has since completed multiple postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Education and has billed over 3,000 hours through Keystone alone.
Cameron
Cameron is an experienced tutor with a Masters in Green Chemistry, Sustainability and the Environment from Imperial College London. He is passionate about Science and loves to encourage and motivate his tutees. When he isn’t tutoring, he is leading sustainability initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.

Alveena is a qualified Physics teacher and has over 20 years experience both in the classroom and 1:1 settings. She has a PGCE in Secondary Physics and Science teaching. Alveena's approach is encouraging and she aims to help students develop a deep understanding of the subject.

Having completed a PhD in Molecular Neuroscience, Linda has an extensive knowledge of Science and Maths. Linda's lessons are highly interactive and bring learning to life.

What is the Difference Between IGCSE and GCSE?
What are GCSEs and IGCSEs? The General Certificate in Secondary Education or GCSE is a subject-based academic qualification taken by students in the UK at the end of their compulsory education in Year 11 (age 16).
