7+, 8+, 10+, 11+, 13+ ISEB Pretests entrance exams:
I have currently completed 1460 hours at Keystone in 11+ tutoring sessions alone, but I have tutored much more from previous agencies. In 2024, all of my students gained admission to their top choices, including Westminster, Eton, City of London, and Latymer. I specialise in preparing students for entrance exams at top schools, ensuring they master the full syllabus in comprehension, grammar, mental arithmetic, and problem-solving. My approach emphasises exam techniques, such as working under timed conditions and building confidence with different question types. In creative writing, I guide students to move beyond a “tick-box” mentality. We focus on crafting authentic, compelling narratives with believable characters and immersive storytelling - key elements that elevate their work.

English, Art and History of Art A-Level & University Applications:
I teach GCSE and A Level English Literature, A Level History of Art, creative writing, and support with university applications (including Oxbridge). Many of my students have gone on to receive offers from Oxford, Cambridge, and UCL. Success in exams isn’t just about content—it’s about mastering what examiners are looking for.
I help students to:
• Plan effectively and structure ideas clearly
• Choose and analyse quotations that support arguments
• Write with fluency, accuracy and formal precision
• Hit assessment objectives with depth and insight
• Develop strong timed essay skills without sacrificing originality
In English, I encourage students to form their own interpretations rather than rely on memorised notes. In History of Art, we build thematic essays and tackle unseen analysis with confidence and visual insight.

SEN experience:
I often tutor students with learning difficulties, such as autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD, as these are frequently the students that, despite being fantastically intelligent and creative, are struggling in certain areas at school and require individual support. This is usually in subjects like creative writing, comprehension, spelling and punctuation. We work on adapting the class to suit their learning style and focus on rebuilding their confidence, which is often low due to feeling like they’re underperforming in a traditional classroom setting.
