I have a passion for learning and for teaching. I started my tutoring career helping children pass school entrance exams, GCSEs and A-levels. As my own academic experience developed, so did my tutoring and I developed a real expertise for tutoring students through higher education, predominantly tutoring students undertaking undergraduate Geography, Law and Psychology degrees, as well as the post-graduate Graduate Diplomas in Law. I have an incredible success rate for students passing notoriously challenging law exams that they had previously failed and for increasing their coursework results, in some cases, by 20 percentage points. I work with a wide range of students, including students who speak English as their second language. I have developed a keen ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and digestible way, which is demonstrated in my own career (both academically and as a qualified lawyer working at a top London firm) and in my students’ improvements. My career as a lawyer further enhanced my ability to breakdown and explain complex legal problems in a clear and simple way to clients. I believe this has elevated my tutoring skills.
I have extensive experience assisting students considering a law degree or career in Law and Law students with their degrees, conversion courses and applications to law firms.
