How did we respond?
One of the team met with the family online, and through the initial consultation, were able to learn more about the student and what would work best for them in terms of learning, tutor type and structure. We were then able to identify tutors to help with each of her A Level subjects. Lessons begun online, and the student continued to excel in her learning, without the pressures of a school environment. We were able to make small adjustments when needed, including one subject tutor to ensure the perfect fit was found.
What was the outcome?
The student did fantastically in all lessons, with the tutors being very impressed with the aptitude and speed in which they could get through the curriculum. The student has now been able to make plans for where they see themselves in the next few years, without the pressure and formal structure of a school environment, and has an exciting time ahead.
