Will Orr-Ewing

Co Founder & Director

Will was a history teacher at a London prep school before setting up Keystone Tutors in 2007.

Will has been an active participant in UK education debates, appearing on Newsnight, The Today Programme and at the Wellington Festival of Education. He has run schools policy development work for a number of think tanks and has been actively involved in aiming to marginalise smartphones in schools.

He has been a trustee and board member of schools across the sector (independent; free school; pre-school; Alternative Provision) and set up a free website on learning difficulties called dysTalk.

Josh Pull

Co Founder & Director

Josh graduated from Oriel College, Oxford, with a degree in History before starting his career at Lazard. In 2008, he left investment banking to join Will in running Keystone Tutors. Since then, Josh has helped establish Keystone as one of the UK's leading tutoring organisations, with offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore and a reputation for exceptional educational support.

Ed Richardson

Managing Director

Ed read Zoology at St. Andrews University before completing a Secondary Science PGCE at Oxford University. He has since undertaken a Masters in Teaching and Learning at Oxford too. Prior to joining Keystone, he taught all three sciences to GCSE as well as A Level Biology at an outstanding state comprehensive academy in Oxfordshire.

Previously, Ed served as the Director of Education at Keystone, where he led the client management team, oversaw the tutor recruitment process, and was responsible for the professional development of Keystone's employed tutors. Now, as Keystone's Managing Director, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy of the company.

Ed firmly believes that providing tutors with appropriate levels of training better equips them to support the individual needs of their students. He recognizes the value of educational literature and spends time researching current publications, particularly on the nature of personalised learning and its benefits for students of all abilities. Outside of Keystone, Ed is a Trustee for the Temple Grove Schools Trust and speaks on a variety of educational topics from 'The Importance of Parents in a Child's Attainment' to ‘The British Education System’.

Alice Cave

Head of Client Management

Alice joined the Keystone team in June 2017 as a Client Manager, having previously worked at Knight Frank in the Country House Department and The Prince’s Trust in the fundraising team.

Alice went to Edinburgh University, where she graduated with a degree in Divinity.

Having spent time working at a prep school in Dorset, and with the benefit of teachers in her family, Alice has amassed a strong knowledge of the UK school system and understands the importance of ensuring children get the best possible start in life through education. Alice now heads up the client management team and alongside this, runs Keystone's Pro Bono offering.

Caroline Lloyd

Client Manager

Caroline joined the Keystone team in September 2025 as a Client Manager, having previously worked at Quintessentially as a Global Lifestyle Manager and at Tarka as Head of Operations and Client Events. She has also worked in a primary school as Head of Admissions.

She completed the Business Diploma course at Oxford Media and Business School before moving to London from her home county of Somerset.

With two sisters who are teachers, and eight nephews and nieces, she is knowledgeable about the UK education system and feels strongly about helping families and children reach their full potential.

Charlie Wong

Client Manager

Charlie studied Economics & Business Finance at UEA in the UK after completing the HKDSE in Hong Kong. She started her career at an education company in Hong Kong which focused on UK boarding schools. Charlie has built a strong understanding of both the HK and UK school systems and enjoys working with families to support their educational plans. Charlie strongly believes that every student has unique strengths and there is no ‘best’ school; what truly matters is whether a school provides an environment that allows the student to thrive.

Charlie joined Keystone in 2023 and supports families with their tutoring needs aiming to always find the most suitable tutor possible to maximise the academic progress as well as building confidence.

Charlotte Wilson

Senior Client Manager

Charlotte joined the Keystone Team in 2023 as a Client Manager. Charlotte previously worked for an Education Technology company in London, where she supported families preparing for 11+ exams and secondary school entrance.

Charlotte is a qualified TEFL tutor and has taught online English lessons to students across Europe and China. She has also spent time working as a teaching assistant at a British Curriculum Prep School in Kenya.

Charlotte is passionate about supporting children with their education so that they are equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive at school, university and beyond. In her role as Client Manager, Charlotte aims to ensure that each child is paired with the right tutor and always strives to go above and beyond for each family.

Daisy Beor-Roberts

Senior Tutor Manager

Daisy joined the Keystone Team in 2021 as Education Administrator and became Tutor Manager in January 2023. In January 2025 she became our Senior Tutor Manager. Daisy attended Oxford Brookes University where she studied Real Estate Management. Prior to joining Keystone she worked as a property manager.

Daisy decided to join the world of education in order to help young people benefit from the stability of a good education and consequently reach their potential. As Senior Tutor Manager, she assists with the management and recruitment of our tutors, as well as finding the best tutor for each child.

Holly Hewitt

Homeschooling and Courses Manager

Holly joined the Keystone Team as the Education Administrator in September 2022 and became our Homeschooling and Courses Manager Manager in January 2024. She studied at Bristol University, graduating with a degree in Childhood Studies.

Holly’s degree allowed her to develop a holistic understanding of childhood, with a particular emphasis on Education and Psychology. Holly collaborates closely with Poppy, the Head of Homeschooling and Courses, to ensure effective delivery of our Courses and Homeschooling offerings.

Harriet Brook

Head of Consultancy

Harriet studied History of Art and Architecture at the University of Edinburgh. After graduating Harriet spent a year working in Shanghai, where she taught English at the pioneering international school, YK Pao. Harriet returned from China in 2010 and started working at MPW London (a leading Sixth Form Colleges), where she was Director of Studies and Easter Revision Course Director. Harriet worked at MPW for 7 years, during which time she built up extensive knowledge of the UK education system and university application process, helping hundreds of students through their A levels and university applications. In her final position at MPW, Harriet was International Director of Studies, travelling around China to advise international families on their UK school and university options.

Harriet joined Keystone Tutors in 2018 to head up the Keystone office in Singapore. After 16 months in the Singapore office she returned to the UK to take on the position of Education Consultant in Keystone’s London office. She is now Keystone’s Head of Consultancy, providing families with advice surrounding UK school and university selection, and a reliable, objective outlook covering the whole scope of the contemporary educational experience.

Imogen Drummond Smith

Head of Tutor Management

Imogen joined the Keystone team in 2015 after graduating from Exeter University with a degree in French. She has always strongly believed in the benefit of tutoring having taught English in Paris and having a sister who was home-schooled for a period of time.

Imogen has worked across various areas of the company as: Office Manager, Client Manager and Tutor Manager. Having been at the heart of Keystone's management of tutors for over 5 years she is now our Head of Tutor Management. Imogen leads our recruitment processes for self-employed and employed tutors and is the first port of call for any tutor queries.

Jackie Holloway

Head of Finance

Jackie joined the Keystone team in September 2018 as the Finance Manager.

Jackie knew from an early age that she wanted to work in finance. She attended Eastbrook Comprehensive and Sixth Form College studying Business and Accounting.

She has worked in different industries providing financial support from basic bookkeeping through to management reporting and cash flows. At Keystone she liaises with both clients and tutors in relation to invoicing and payments and oversees our bookkeeping and finance processes.

Jenny McGowan

Director, Asia

Jenny read Zoology at the University of Leeds and subsequently worked as a qualified science teacher for several years after completing a PGCE. To further her understanding of how children learn Jenny undertook a Masters in Child Development at the University of Oxford which led her to stay at Oxford and study for a PhD in Education.

Jenny became a Professional Keystone tutor in 2014 and has worked closely with many Keystone tutors in her role as Head of Science. She has developed lasting relationships with many families and has built a strong understanding of the UK education system and how best to support students through tutoring.

Jenny moved to Hong Kong in 2018 to head up the Keystone office there. Outside of the office Jenny loves to travel and aims to visit several new countries each year.

Joyce Fay Lo

Senior Client Manager & Education Consultant

Joyce was born and raised in Northern Ireland, UK, and upon completion of her GCSEs, she moved to Hong Kong where she studied IB at Li Po Chun United World College. She then returned to UK to undertake a degree in Psychology at University of Southampton. She worked in the education industry in Hong Kong after graduating, where her main roles were to liaise with local schools in Hong Kong (kindergartens, primary and secondary schools) and Native English Teachers. She gained a stronger understanding of the education system in Hong Kong and the needs of parents and students.

Joyce joined Keystone in September 2019 as a Client Manager in Hong Kong.

Junhui Huang

Head of Operations (Singapore)

Jun attended the University of Warwick, completing a BSc in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics) before undertaking her MSc in Business Analytics & Consulting at Warwick Business School. She worked in the UK at HSBC for 4 years, before making the switch to teaching by pursuing a PGCE at the University of Leicester, during which she taught Mathematics at secondary school level and also privately as a tutor. She has also taught basic Mandarin to adults.

In 2017, Jun moved back to Singapore to be closer to family, where she worked at the National Council of Social Service and subsequently joined the Keystone team in March 2019.

Laura Cox

Client Manager

Laura joined the Keystone team in 2023 as a Client Manager in the London office having lived in New Zealand for a period of four years. Laura studied Psychology at university and, after graduating, went on to work in Education as both a Private Tutor and as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant – working primarily with children with Speech, Language and Communication difficulties. Prior to joining the team, Laura worked in international recruitment as a Client Account Manager but is excited to be back in the Education space helping students reach their full potential!

Olivia Hartley

Client Manager

Olivia joined the Keystone team in August 2026 as a Client Manager, having previously worked in arts, culture and celebrity PR managing high-profile clients and theatre productions.

Olivia attended Bristol University, where she graduated with a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies in 2022. After graduating, Olivia worked as an English and Maths tutor where she developed a strong understanding of the UK education system. She has also volunteered in schools in the UK and abroad, teaching English and sports.

Poppy Dundas

Head of Homeschooling and Courses

Poppy joined Keystone in January 2017 as the Office Manager before becoming one of our Client Managers. She is now Head of Homeschooling and Courses.

Poppy studied at Leeds University, graduating with a degree in History of Art in 2014. She previously worked as a teaching assistant at Thomas's Prep School in Fulham, helping her gain experience of the London education system.

Poppy heads up the homeschooling programmes at Keystone, looking after the students and co-ordinating timetables. She also leads our in-school services, helping academic leaders at schools explore which our offerings might suit best and providing ongoing support once sessions begin. Alongside this, she runs our Revision Courses which take place throughout the year.

Rosie Morris

Client Administrator

Rosie joined the Keystone Team in January 2026 as a Client Administrator, having previously worked in client-facing roles as a receptionist at an architecture practice and in hospitality.

She is excited to have joined the education world, because of both her own love of learning and her experience supporting young people. Rosie completed an MA in Digital Culture & Society at King’s College London in 2025, building on a BA in Liberal Arts from Leeds University. Alongside her academic interests, she has volunteered in education-focused roles as a creative writing mentor and summer camp lead for looked-after children and has supported families through babysitting for many years. She is enthusiastic about helping to deliver tutoring and educational provision that makes a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Roxanne Keenan

Finance Assistant

Roxanne joined the Keystone Team in March 2023 as the Financial Administrator.

In school, she had a choice to be either a lawyer or follow her love for accounts. The numbers won!

She has worked for a variety of companies, from small and local to large and international. At Keystone, her role is to provide support to the Head of Finance by assisting with the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping tasks.

Sarah-Jane Law

Tutor Administrator

Sarah-Jane joined the Keystone team in October 2018 as the Office Manager and became our Operations Manager in June 2020. She previously worked as the Education Manager at Benjamin Franklin House and in the Outreach team at the Science Museum.

Sarah-Jane first studied history and archaeology at Aberdeen University and then moved down to London to study Public History at Royal Holloway, University of London.

She now works for Keystone as our Tutor Administrator, where she provides supports to the tutor management team.

Sasha Wood

Operations Manager

Sasha joined the Keystone Team in July 2022 as Operations Administrator. Prior to this she taught English in Vietnam for two years and travelled around SE Asia.

Sasha graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BCom in Management Studies. During her studies she helped establish a university society to promote STEM-based subjects to girls. In her role as Operations Administrator she provides administrative support to the Keystone team as well as being the first point of contact for clients.

Stephanie Lane

Education Administrator

Stephanie joined the Keystone Team in January 2024, having previously worked as an account manager, consulting with clients in the wedding industry. With over ten years' experience supporting clients in a range of industries, she now supports the Keystone Consultancy team as Education Administrator.

Stephanie studied Costume Design for theatre and film at Wimbledon College of Art and understands the importance of nurturing children’s extracurricular interests. She aims to assist the consultancy team in their work, so that every child finds their perfect school environment.

Tom Calf

Senior Client Manager

Tom joined the Keystone team in 2023 as a Client Manager, having worked as a professional tutor for the past 6 years.

As a tutor, Tom has worked both with private clients and with Latymer Prep and Upper Schools which has given him a depth of understanding for both the intricacies of the 11+ process as well as the fine detail of tutoring. Having personally seen the growth in confidence and ability in his own pupils, he has a strong belief in the value that quality one-to-one support can bring to a student.
