I began offering personal tuition in 2007 while an undergraduate at Oxford, and have been teaching ever since. I have taught hundreds of students around the world in the capacity of a private tutor, and have been flown out to offer specialist tutoring, including revision-courses, in destinations including New York City, Dubai, Paris, Tashkent, Rome, Washington DC, and Austin, Texas, whilst offering personal tutoring, coaching, and mentoring online. This has included work for a number of VIP clients both in the UK and abroad.

I teach a range of subjects, especially History, English, French, Classics, Latin, Greek, Philosophy, and Religious Studies.

I have worked as an examiner and assessor for coursework for several major exam-boards.

I have coached many students for interviews at Oxford and Cambridge as a former admissions tutor.

I offer coaching and preparation for applications to all universities and institutes of higher learning.

I began offering tutoring whilst an undergraduate at Oxford, and soon afterwards entered on a career as a full-time professional private tutor, a calling from which I have never looked back. I work to give students the courage to seek out opportunities and to discover new ideas, to grapple with and draw together complex concepts which often seem enigmatic. When not tutoring, I enjoy reading, countryside-walks with friends, discussion, exercise, and engaging in team-sport. I am engaged in research-projects and helping to facilitate educational events, including debates and lectures.
