I am an experienced tutor with over 1200 hours of experience, teaching a variety of different ages and in a wide range of subjects. I am particularly interested in Science, English, and Maths tuition, and I have specialised in medical school admissions for the last 5 years, helping students get into their dream medical school by providing targeted guidance across all stages of the application process such as admissions test tutoring (UCAT and BMAT), personal statement guidance and interview preparation. I have also taken part in official medical school interviews for the University of Manchester. Furthermore, I have experience teaching in person in schools across Greater Manchester as part of my affiliation with The Tutor Trust. More recently, I have worked with a Hong Kong based educational firm to prepare foreign international students for tough entrance exams at prestigious UK boarding schools. My previous clientele includes students currently at academically competitive schools such as Westminster, Uppingham and St Pauls.

I am a professional tutor and medical doctor graduating with honours MBchB in 2024. I am very fond of medical education and writing research for journal publication, performing audits and freelance medical articles. My academic record has always been exemplary, and I have a keen desire to develop my expertise within medicine as well as teaching. Since becoming a tutor, I have worked with several agencies and privately, delivering quality education to students in London and the rest of the UK. I am an excellent communicator and I excel at motivating my tutees. I am fond of devising methods to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner, to effectively deliver information in a easily digestible format. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy going on walks in the countryside!

In my role as a tutor, I employ a personalised and inclusive approach to cater to students with diverse abilities and skillsets, including those with dyslexia. Recognising the unique learning styles and challenges each student brings to the table, I tailor my teaching techniques to accommodate various needs. For students with dyslexia, I implement multi-sensory teaching methods, incorporating visual aids and auditory cues to enhance comprehension and retention. By fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, I aim to build confidence in all my students, recognising their individual strengths and addressing areas that require additional attention. Flexibility is key, allowing me to adapt lessons dynamically to suit the pace and preferences of each learner. Through this personalised approach, I strive to create an inclusive educational experience that empowers students with different abilities to thrive and reach their full potential.

I have a strong interest in healthcare management and healthcare entrepreneurship, and so I am currently working with health technology firms that are bringing digital health solutions to the UK market. On top of this I am also completing a PGCert in clinical innovation alongside my medical studies. Outside of medicine, I am an avid badminton player and I enjoy going on walks in the Lake District.
