Experience
A Keystone Tutor since 2007, I have tutored students of all ages and abilities in London and abroad, specializing in getting students through Common Entrance examinations into senior school.
Biography
After attending St Paul's School, I went to University College London to read English.
AT UCL I won the sessional prize for academic achievement in my first year finals and went on to take a 2:1. Whilst there I also captained the University Challenge team to the semi-finals of the 2006-7 series.
Personal Approach
Tutoring is all about students, and my approach to tutoring varies greatly depending on the student in question. I recognize that there are multiple intelligences, and that no two people learn in exactly the same way.
It usually doesn't take long before the level and requirements of the student are apparent, at which point we can begin pursuing a program of rounded study which will provoke the student's interest, whilst also fulfilling the requirements of the academic year.
