Personal Approach
I have always enjoyed working with children and young adults and believe that the personal enthusiasm of the tutor can go a long way toward enthusing the pupil. This, when combined with one on one analysis of what and where a child is struggling with a subject, can lead to a fuller understanding and enjoyment of study and, with it, better results.
I went to a competitive school and a competitive university, and have spent the best part of my life going through the exam process- so can offer both experience and empathy.
Most of all, I understand that there are different ways of learning. Through constant encouragement and methodical working through problem areas, children who do not thrive in the class room environment can build their self confidence and passion for a subject, and with it bring better results.
