July 2008 OISE, Oxford: teaching French teenagers English in preparation for their Grand Concours (admission into elite universities).
September 2008-July 2009: Intellect Agency, Almaty, Kazakhstan: teaching English in groups and to individuals; General English and exam preparation (IELTS, GMAT)
Biography
I graduated from Oxford in Classics in 2008, after which I spent a year teaching English in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I am currently about to begin an MA in SSEES, UCL.
Personal Approach
I have a strong interest in all the subjects I offer, and aim to instil a similar interest in my tutees, this being, in my opinion, the surest path to success.
In Almaty, as well as group teaching, I taught a wide range of individuals - children, students, businessmen. Through this highly varied experience, I have learnt to be, above all, flexible, and to vary my teaching approach according to the individual needs and character of the student.
