Experience
I have had a lot of tutoring experience in maths, starting with all my brothers, sisters and cousins, as I am the oldest of my generation in our family.
While at Cambridge, I volunteered to help teachers in local schools, both primary and secondary, where I assisted either students in difficulty, or students who were ahead of the rest of the class.
After leaving university I started tutoring more regularly. I am volunteer for charity The Access Project, for which I help 3 A level students, I tutor children from year 4 to university level, and even tutored while I was travelling in Argentina.

Biography
I was born and grew up in Paris, France. I passed the French scientific baccalaureate, after which I went to Cambridge University to study mathematics and graduated in June 2009 with a first class degree.
Following this I spent a year in London working as Carol Vorderman's assistant on a report she and her 'maths taskforce' were writing at the initiative of David Cameron, on maths education in England.
My contract with the taskforce ended in the summer of 2010 and I spent the next 6 months travelling, and wrote Maths on Trial, a popular maths book with my mother (a researcher in mathematics). We are now about to sign a contract with an American publisher.
What I do when I am not tutoring
I am a keen violinist, having played since I was four years old, and very interested in music in general. On top of that I do a lot of writing (and lots of re-writing!), drawing, and give my oven a regular workout.
