Keystone Tutors is a London based tutoring and education company. Since its founding in 2007 Keystone has developed an outstanding reputation among parents, schools and tutors. Based in a tranquil mews in Brook Green (near Hammersmith), Keystone also has offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. We’re a friendly bunch with a great spirit, looking for an Education Administrator to join the team in January.
Job Title: Education Administrator
With a focus on admin support across the team, The Education Administrator will be mainly assisting the Tutor Manager, Head of Consultancy and Home-Schooling & Courses Manager with a wide variety of tasks. This will involve scheduling meetings and appointments, creating documents, drafting reports, and helping organise courses. Answering the phone and liaising with tutors, clients and external organisations will also be required.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and have an excellent phone manner. You will need to be able to prioritise a number of different tasks, especially at busy times of year. The role will suit someone who enjoys working to tight deadlines and on a variety of different tasks. Previous knowledge of the UK education system is helpful but not essential as you will be provided with a rigorous training programme at the outset of your employment.
Start Date: January 2021
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Remuneration: Salary from £25,000 dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are also eligible for a bonus of up to 10% of annual salary and are able to join the company pension scheme.
