James Darley
James Darley is the Founder and CEO of Transform Society, an alliance of social transformation organisations such as Frontline, Teach First, Police Now, Think Ahead and Unlocked. James has over 23 years’ experience in graduate recruitment and is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in the sector. He was part of the senior leadership of Teach First from the early days and as head of their graduate recruitment division (for 13 years) James delivered 800% growth, recruited over 10,000 graduates and it reached #2 in the Times Top 100 of graduate employers.
Ian Black
Ian Black is the founder of Acorn Career Consulting, which provides bespoke career guidance, job seeking advice, and interview coaching for students and graduates. Ian started the business following 12 years in recruitment and is well-known as an expert in the field of graduate recruitment. He has interviewed and coached over 5,000 candidates through the interview process and has recruited at all levels across a vast range of sectors, from graduates to CEOs. Ian's specialism lies in helping young people work out what they want to do with their careers and then navigate and succeed in the ever-challenging graduate job market.
