Course Description
This course is five sessions long, covering the topics that most commonly come up during the PAT that students typically struggle with. Each session will consist of 2 hours of lecturing, example questions, and plenty of opportunity for students to ask questions. After each session the students will be provided with a problem set containing past paper questions on the content covered. There are full worked solutions for each of these problem sets. The students can also be provided with worked solutions to the PAT papers from 2015-2019 for them to use during their own revision. The structure of the course can be flexible to the needs of the students on the course and if the students would really like to look at a certain topic that wasn't planned to be covered, then we can adapt and cover it.
This course is best for students who want to gain a solid base understanding of the content involved in the PAT to enable them to independently work through past papers. This course is aimed at people who are just starting their PAT studying after completing their first year of A-level maths and physics.
