Learning Support - What We Do - Keystone Tutors

Exams are a necessary evil. Keystone Tutors believes whole-heartedly in the legitimacy and efficacy of one-on-one learning in other in other scenarios too. This we call 'learning support tuition'. For example:

• Dyslexia and other SEN. We run a site on learning difficulties called dysTalk, and have a reputable network of professionals and tutors on which to call. Wherever possible, we try to work with school learning support teams to achieve the best results.
• We offer subjects and courses that some schools simply cannot cater for, such as Latin, History of Art and Scholarship work.
• We offer super-curricular courses such as An Introduction to Islam, How To Set Up a Blog, Take English Grammar Further and other essential learning tidbits.
• We like targeting weaknesses during non-exam subject tuition too. We find that small blockages such as an ignorance of the cases in Latin, or an inability to do fractions and decimals in Maths, can seep into many other areas of the subject. Away from exams, then, we can also help troubleshoot these areas of weakness.
