Biography
I am a language graduate with a keen interest in linguistics and literature, particularly contact, pidgin and creole languages.
After finishing my degree in Spanish with Linguistics at King's College London, I chose to seek work as a Private Tutor in order to gauge my general level of professional interest in teaching's natural transference of knowledge. I soon discovered that I enjoyed it very much and was accepted onto the Institute of Education's Secondary PGCE Languages teacher-training course. Here I made the (wonderful) decision not to enrol at the fantastic IoE and to keep teaching privately instead. I excel in a one-to-one or small-group environment and Private Tuition is the perfect platform for this.
Personal Approach
I use interactive multimedia to teach the fundamentals to students.
What I do when I am not tutoring
When not tutoring, I write poetry, scuba-dive and travel as extensively as I can, particularly within Europe.
