Biography
I have just finished studying modern history at Lincoln College, Oxford. I have been working closely with my brother, Will, on this project since 2007 and will continue to take an active role in the company.
Personal Approach
There are two different approaches to tutoring: short term and long term. For the short term jobs, when one has a matter of hours with a child, my approach is to try to instil confidence in the child's abilities, but more importantly to encourage the child to take responsibility for his or her academic future. When one has longer with a child, a systematic approach with direct adherence to the curriculum, along with a well set out program of note taking leaves the child with a full and substantial appreciation of the subject.

...just wanted to thank you for tutoring Olivia over the summer half term. She had really good CE results with mostly B's!
It was a pleasure meeting you.
Best wishes in your new job and thank you, again, for helping Olivia with her CE revision....and of course your roadside assistance!
